Notice of Exhibitor Recruitment of International Pavilion
For The 101st Session of China Import and Export Fair
Please refer to this notice for the exhibitor recruitment of International Pavilion of the 101st Session of China Import and Export Fair (also called Canton Fair).
1. Exhibition Time （ GMT+8 ）
Stand construction and exhibits move-in: Apr 10-14, 2007
Exhibition: Apr 15-20, 2007
Stand dismantling and exhibits move-out: 6:00 p.m., Apr 20-11:00 p.m., Apr 21, 2007.
2. Exhibition Venue
Hall 21.2, Pazhou Complex, China Import and Export Fair,
No.380 Yuejiangzhong Road, Guangzhou, China
3. Exhibition Space
Net exhibition space: 5,500 sqm
Gross exhibition space: 10,400 sqm
4. Exhibits
The exhibits fall into 9 exhibition subsections:
4.1 Machinery and Equipment
4.2 Electronics, IT Products and Household Electrical Appliances
4.3 High-Tech
4.4 Hardware and Tools
4.5 Building Materials and Kitchen and Sanitary equipment
4.6 Consumer Goods
4.7 Decorations and Gifts
4.8 Jewelry
4.9 Foodstuffs and Agricultural Products
5. Stand Rate
Raw space: 3,000 RMB per sqm
Standard stand: 30,000 RMB (9 sqm with standard facilities)
Because it is the first time for the Canton Fair to set up the International Pavilion, the fair will offer free stands or 25% discount to overseas exhibitors in order to support the overseas enterprises to participate. The preferential conditions are as follows:
5.1 Exhibitors from the least developed countries listed by the United Nations will be offered stands for free. (For detailed name list, please refer to Attachment 1 .)
5.2 Exhibitors from other countries and regions will enjoy a 25% off, i.e., raw space of the International Pavilion will be 2,250 RMB per sqm, and a single standard stand (9 sqm and has standard facilities) will be 22,500 RMB.
6. Qualification for Participation
All overseas enterprises which meet the requirements of Participation Provisions can apply for participation.
