Buyers should register for Buyer Cards before entering the Fair Complex. Buyer Card is valid admission to the Fair at both complexes. Please keep it well as exhibitors will not bargain with visitors without the Buyer Cards.

Buyers' Registration Office at Pazhou Complex and Liuhua Complex:
Phase I
April 14 10:30 - 18:00
April 15 - 20 8:30 - 18:00
Phase II
April 24 - 29 8:30 - 18:00
April 30 8:30 - 16:00

Registration Time

Buyer Card is the only official admission to the Fair and is available at Liuhua Complex and Pazhou Complex. However, to save your time and make the registration easier, we now set 27 Buyers' Registration Office at appointed hotels.

Tip: Getting entry badge in the hotels is your smart choice.

we strongly suggest you to get CECF entry badge in these 27 hotels, considering the registration peak hour that occurs at 9:30am to 3:30pm on April 15th, 16th, 25th and 26th at Liuhua Complex and Pazhou Complex. Definitely, it is the best way for you also, for the buyers who stay near these areas, please register in hotels too.
