All hotels in Guangzhou will packed during the fair. While availability is extremely limited and many hotels are OVER booked. Guangzhou hotels require bookings to be guaranteed either by credit card or prepayment - and booking successfully guaranteed will be given a confirmation. Please note that Canton Fair Travel will never expose your credit card details to anyone except the hotel you book. Your credit card will NOT be charged, its for guarantee purpose only and it will only be charged if no-show situation occurs by hotel policy. Below is a good example of how to successfully guarantee your booking by credit card.

To guarantee your room, we need you to send us.

1. Fill out the guarantee form and sign it.
2. The signature on the form must match the one on the credit card.
3. Send back the guarantee form to us along with front and back copies of the credit card.

* Its strongly recommended to take a digital scan or photo of your credit card (both sides) and guarantee form and email it back to us to avoid unclear fax copies.
