Step up into the darkness of the second floor where you'll find more than 200 labels of wine all at controlled temperatures. Downstairs in the brightness, beach umbrellas and colorful flowers give the feeling of Mediterranean streets, with fresh salads available. The English-speaking staff will all help you decide upon your wine and tailor your decisions of accompanying Tapas. Perhaps branding this a bar is missing the point, it's an actual taste of southern Europe hidden away on Taojin Lu.
